Our Sale Terms:

All orders comply with the Dutch law.

All prices are in Euros and include taxes and handling charges.

Shipment charges will be added by us during the order confirmation.
The shipment charges are dependent upon the size of the order.

Orders which are less than 10.00 euro will not be accepted. We will add 2.50 euro
administration cost for orders which are less then 20.00 euros.

Orders are handled on a first come first serve basis.

Complaints concerning quality and size of the delivered plants should be
made in writing and within 8 days after receiving the shipment.

Compensations for incorrectly delivered or damaged plants will never exceed
the value of the order.

If a plant is sold out, the rest of your order will be handled as the
final order.

Circumstances beyond our control can lead to the cancellation of an order.

We only deliver plants that are larger than or equal to the specified
length unless specifically mentioned.

The plants will be delivered free of visible pests and fungi.

Plants that are in stock can be ordered throughout the year. However no
shipments will be sent in freezing weather. Between April 15 and May 31
it may take up to two weeks to process an order.

Shipment is done on account and risk of the buyer. We deliver our plants
in specially designed packaging material.

Orders should be paid for in advance. However, you should only pay after receiving
an official order confirmation in a PDF-file. This order confirmation will
also state the shipping costs. You will receive this order confirmation one
week in advance of the requested delivery date. After we receive the
payment, the plants will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
